KT Appliance supported Clipper Equity’s landmark Bedford Square redevelopment in Flatbush—the site of the former Art Deco Sears catalog printing plant—transforming it into a modern, amenity-rich multifamily community. The project spans four residential buildings totaling 877 units, including a 354-unit building at 2366 Bedford Avenue.

KT Appliance executed a full-spectrum appliance solution—coordinating delivery and installation across all units and shared amenity spaces. Complex sequencing was essential due to the project's phased construction tied to the redevelopment of a landmarked structure.

The building's amenities include a café, business lounge, cycling studio, wet and dry saunas, golf simulator, a pet spa, and expansive outdoor green spaces.

This project underscores KT Appliance’s capacity to support high-profile, multi-phase urban reshaping projects—from historical site conversion to high-volume residential delivery. Bedford Square enhances KT Appliance’s profile in the NYC market for large-scale, amenity-forward developments.
