Vestavia Park Apartments

Scope & Challenge:

KT Appliance was selected to deliver a full appliance refresh at Vestavia Park, a 219-unit property in the suburbs of Birmingham, Alabama. Most of the units remained occupied during the work, creating the added complexity of coordinating unit turnovers, appliance removal, and new delivery/installation without disrupting residents.

Our Role:

• Supplied and installed new appliance packages across most of the units
• Coordinated removal of old appliances, delivery logistics, and installations in occupied conditions
• Phased the work to align with lease expirations and minimize tenant impact

Impact & Takeaway:

The project underscores KT Appliance’s capability in the Southeast multifamily market, particularly in managing in-place replacements with care and precision. By meticulously planning around occupied units, KT Appliance delivered a large-scale upgrade while maintaining resident satisfaction and operational continuity.
