Riverstone Retreat by Quinn Residences

KT Appliance partnered with Quinn Residences and Havenn Homes on Riverstone Retreat in Canton, GA, a 270-home single-family rental community. The scope included supplying and installing full appliance packages in every residence with phased deliveries aligned to lot releases.

This was our 2nd project together.

The project required tight logistics and scheduling, as appliances were coordinated on a per-home basis. By working closely with the site team and adjusting to build readiness, KT Appliance ensured smooth delivery and installation across multiple phases, supporting Quinn Residences’ growing portfolio in the Southeast rental housing market
